Silica gel is a premium, highly active adsorption material, fashioned through the sophisticated reaction of sodium silicate with sulfuric acid, followed by meticulous post-treatment processes. This material is classified as an amorphous substance, predominantly composed of silicon dioxide, boasting a content exceeding 98%. It is insoluble in water and any solvents, non-toxic, odorless, and exhibits remarkable chemical stability.
